Say it Loud Without Saying a Word!

This restaurant on 7th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn, makes the most of every square inch to tell their brand story. Black chalkboard paint is used around the upper perimeter of the dining room, where they've cleverly added simple white line drawings of pigs, cows, and chickens, accompanied by important marketing buzz words shouting out about their ethos. Words and phrases like, "free range", "Non-GMO", "Pasture Raised", and "Natural" reinforce their country industrial vibe. Let's face it, when customers are waiting to be served their meal you have an opportunity to communicate what you are famous for without saying a word! This is so, so important right now when staffing for casual dining continues to be a challenge.
